Issue description

64.0.3270.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version	Google_Samus.6300.174.0
VarioUltra 4.0

I plugged a VarioUltra 20 into my Chromebook and no braille appeared on the display.
Tried the following
# Connect via USB
# Connect via USB C
# Restart Chromevox
# Restart Chromebook
# Restart VarioUltra
