Delayed responsiveness in autofill list item delete leading to sometimes crashing

Issue description

App Version: 64.0.3279.0
iOS Version: iOS11.1.2
Device: iPhone8, iPhoneX
URL: Settings>Autofill

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to Settings>Autofill Forms
  2. Tap Edit
  3. Tap the checkbox for 2-3 items, and then go back in reverse and uncheck the items

Observed results:
The app becomes unresponsive for many seconds. Sometimes it can recover after like 30 seconds or more, other times it crashes. I am not able to find the crash ID's due to issue 787428

Expected results:
No unresponsiveness or crashes.
