Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit a page with the input "datetime-local" 2. If input doesn't yet have a value, input a full value ( ex. 10/31/2017 4:00:00 PM ) 3. Lose focus 4. Click into Month, Day, or Hour field and change it. What is the expected behavior? That the specific field you clicked into (Month, Day, or Hour) is changed while the rest of the datetime remains unchanged. What went wrong? The entire value is cleared and you must tab or click back to the beginning of the input element to re-enter the entire value. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

@ tcorbin: Could you please provide a sample URL, that would help us in triaging the issue from TE-end

I apologize. In creating the test URL, I discovered that the issue was not with Chrome, but some Javascript meant to trim input sitewide:
$("input[type!='file']").change( function() {
$(this).val($.trim($(this).val()));
});
I have since made an exception for the datetime-local input type, and it is working as intended. Again, my sincerest apologies.
