Reliable failures happened on CQ but not on Waterfall

Some failures happened reliably on CQ, but not on Waterfall.
Findit has the potential to support them as well, and we'd better collect more cases to see how often that happens for prioritization.

One example is in the  bug 788572

We are going to extend Findit to support ChromeOS, and that might require a redesign. We will take this bug into account as part of the work.
