Issue descriptionChrome version: 64.0.3278.0 (Official Build) 6218872807f9d8f9e64630c7cefe0ab18954585a-refs/heads/master@{#519169}(32/64 bit) OS: Win(7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1) Pre condition: sign in to gmail and save password for the account. Steps to reproduce: 1. Now log out from the gmail account and then Remove the password saved from the "chrome://settings/passwords" page. 2. Try Removing the gmail account from the Sign in overlay. 3. Now observe on "chrome://settings/passwords" page. Actual Result: The username and password entry reappears in chrome://settings/passwords once deleted. Expected Result: The username and password entry should not reappear in chrome://settings/passwords once deleted. This is Regression Issue broken in M-63 and and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build: 63.0.3238.0(Revision: 508209) Bad Build: 63.0.3239.0(Revision: 508578) You are probably looking for a change made after 508363 (known good), but no later than 508364 (first known bad). We don't propagate changes from Settings to the page. Ideally, we should, but the impact doesn't worth the complexity. I will keep it open in case we will have time to fix it.

The above issue can also be reproduced with the following steps, the only difference being instead of removing password entry from Settings doing it through the password bubble.Just mentioning the steps ahead, kindly take a look. Thank you. Pre-condition: Sign-in to gmail and save password for the account. 1. Log out from the gmail account. 2. On the Sign in overlay delete the saved password from the password bubble. 3. Then try removing the gmail account from the Sign in overlay. 4. Now observe on "chrome://settings/passwords" page. Note: Clicking the down arrow besides the gmail id adds the password entry back for the gmail account.
