Scrollable div content with 'position:absolute' disappears when the div with 'position:fixed' is rendered within a page

Issue description

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a page from the attachment in the Chrome browser for iOS 
2. Scroll the container with red background

What is the expected behavior?
The content of the scrollable div with red background should be scrolled correctly.

What went wrong?
The content of the scrollable <div> element disappears. The issue is demonstrated in the attached screencast and html file.

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

This no longer reproduces. Tested Chrome 72 on iOS 12. This was almost certainly a WebKit compositing bug that was fixed sometime between iOS 11.1 and iOS 12.
