Issue descriptionchrome version: 64.0.3269.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) 1) start booking a random flight on lufthansa.com 2) eventually you'll land on a page where you have to enter passenger details or log in, select "Miles & More Karte/PIN" for whatever reason there are 4 form fields where you have to enter your 15 digit miles & more number Chrome will offer to save first three digits of the miles & more number as username.
