Chromium Dash Feedback - 'SLO: Pri-0,1' breakage queries on components include feature requests too

1.) Goto https://chromiumdash-staging.googleplex.com/components/Blink/JavaScript
2.) Click on the  'SLO: Pri-0,1' header
3.) Notice that Feature requests are part of the query, which is wrong.
