Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to accounts.google.com and add to shelf/applications/desktop (2) Go to docs.google.com and add to shelf/applications/desktop (3) Log out of Google. (4) Open the docs.google.com app. What is the expected result? accounts.google.com app should open What happens instead? A new browser tab with accounts.google.com opens
