Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 60.0.3112.78 and latest Canary 64.0.3279.0 using windows 7 I'd suggest you disable the extensions temporarily (you could use chrome://extensions/ on the Chrome address bar) and re-enable them one at a time to determine which extension is misbehaving. Could you please re-try the scenario by creating a new profile Please follow below steps to create a New profile (i) Click the avatar icon on top right of the browser and click on manage people (ii) In the new window, on the bottom right, click on Add person (iii) Enter the person name and click on save As you are using older version of chrome, could you install latest stable from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel If the issue stills persists please provide your observation

Hell,
I am having the same issue.
My machine:
(workplace PC)
Windows 8.1
Chrome Version: 64.0.3282.140 (32-bit)
Extensions:
-Docs
-Google Docs Offline
-Presentations ("Präsentationen" in german)
-Tables ("Tabellen" in german)
Screen0: (Error doesn't happen)
Resolution: 1920_1080
Screen1: (Error happens)
Resolution: 1920*1200
The main Problem is that the Error has nothing to do with the size of the Window but with the size of the monitor.
On Screen0 the Error never happens, but on Screen1 it is always there even in unattached Window mode when I randomly change the window size.
The error stays until I maximize the window on Screen0. Then I can change the window size as I like on both screens.
When the last maximized Screen was Screen1, the error remains even on Screen 0.
I attached a Screenshot of both versions from my PC.

Have the same problem, this is so annoying! Only happens sometimes after starting the pc but not sure when.. If I close Chrome and start it again it usually fixes the problem temporarly. Sometimes I have a tv connected as third monitor when shutting down the pc, not sure if there's a connection to this bug. Have Win8.1 64Bit and Chrome Version 65.0.3325.181 (stable)
