We received a comment from a user:
For example, with JAWS running, I can get to folders, but I can’t see bookmarks within folders. So I get for example, Imported From IE, but JAWS won’t read the resulting treeview.
A second user agreed:
I hear, "Imported from IE," and a list of links that correspond to folders I created in IE. But like Steve, I can't find the actual bookmarks. For example, I have a folder called "Knitting." If I search for "knitting," I get a list of bookmarks for specific patterns and techniques that I remember saving, but if I just press space or enter on the Knitting folder link, I don't find anything.
I am able to repro in stable but am unable to repro in Beta and Canary by following these steps:
In Canary and Beta:
# Launch Bookmarks manager at chrome://bookmarks
# Navigate to Folder tree, focus on a folder with bookmarks in it
# Press tab to move to the list of bookmarks within that folder
In Stable:
Pressing tab does not move to the list of bookmarks within that folder
This might need further consideration since pressing tab to get to the bookmarks list was not the expected behavior from these users. Making available to devs for comment.

I can't reproduce this. Ctrl+Shift+O which is the same as chrome:bookmarks. Focus the tree view with the folders. Enable forms mode. Cursor up/ down to a folder. Press tab.
Result: You get the list of bookmarks and you can navigate it using up/down.
