Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Add several accounts to the machine, and log into all of them through the account switcher
(2) Click on user icon in taskbar, then account name to open account switcher menu
(3) Click Ctrl+Switch Window to take a screenshot

Expected Result:
Screenshot should show exactly what's on screen

Actual Result:
Account switcher menu closes before screenshot is taken.

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
Impossible to take a screenshot showing the contents of the account switcher menu (Eg. when filing a bug about is; see https://crbug.com/788985). Workaround: take picture of screen with phone.
