Need tests to verify insertion of AudioParam events with the same time are handled correctly

There aren't any real tests that insertion of AudioParam events at the
same event time are handled correctly.  Add some.

Test handling of event insertion at the same time

Test that insertion of events at the same time as existing events are
handled correctly.
