If a WebVR page is opened in a CustomTabActivity or WebappActivity and listens for vrdisplayactivate but doesn't present off it firing, the user is brought to the DOFF screen instead of being redirected to Daydream Home or doing nothing. This was the root cause of  Issue 787878 , and while that issue has been resolved, this is unexpected behavior that should be fixed.
