Could you please describe what you are trying to do in more detail (i.e. which setting on the Administrator Console are you changing, what values you expect - if I understand correctly, you would like to add a value to a setting which is not available?). Thanks!

I Will like to be able to add another language in the console. not in the screen keyboard part wish it can be done. mean when the user request ( hebrew) I will be able to add it in the console to all users.

Ah, so you mean pre-setting a list of languages on the Admin Console which every user will automatically get during their user session (not on the sign-in screen)? Assigning to Max for triage.
