When an unbound WebAPK requests the lightweight FRE, the FRE should say;

"{{app_name}} will open in Chrome. By continuing, you agree to Chrome's Terms of Service..."

This will make it clearer why the WebAPK shows a dialog with an enormous,  breathtaking, beautiful, very nice Chrome logo. From the user's standpoint, they launched the app not from Chrome, and are not using Chrome. This should decrease user confusion.
