Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome, go to above link and click on extension in omnibox.
2.Click on 'open multiple page'.
3.Using mouse try to maximize the overlay and observe. 
Actual Result: Flickering is observed in overlay of extension while maximizing.
Expected Result:Flickering should not be  observed in overlay of extension while maximizing

This is Non- regression issue broken in ‘M-50’.
