Button: No Backgroud Color for Button (<button class="btn">Backgroud Color</button>) render with bootstrap 3.3.5 in Chrome 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. new btn.html
2. enter the code below

What is the expected behavior?
light gray background color as in Safari Version 10.1.2 (12603.3.8)

What went wrong?
no background color seen

Did this work before? Yes chrome 60

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #62.0.3202.94 and latest canary #64.0.3278.0.
Issue is specific to OS-Mac.

This is an intentional change made in r584149
We are using button color provided by the OS now.
If you have issues with this please post them to the discussion in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=546679
