Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Run the attached Chrome App 2. Right click a few times while the cursor is on-screen 3. Notice that the cursor sometimes appears even though it is set to "none" What is the expected behavior? The mouse cursor should always be hidden in "none" mode. What went wrong? The mouse cursor sometimes appears when right-clicking. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: This issue also seems to occur when using a "custom" cursor but it's harder to reproduce. Some users reported that this issue also occurs when left clicking but I couldn't reproduce that myself.

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3202.94 and on latest canary 64.0.3279.0 using Windows 7 with app attached in comment#0. Issue is not seen in Linux and Mac. This issue is seen from M50[50.0.2661.0]. Hence considering this issue as Non-regression and marking as Untriaged.

Reproduced on version 62.0.3202.94 (64-bit) as well. It worked with left mouse button as well as middle mouse button. If clicking is done slowly, the issue did not seem to happen. I do recall seeing it for the first time several months ago in a similar project, however I don't remember the exact version I was running back then.

I can reproduce this on version 63.0.3239.84 as well. In the attachments of this comment you will find another Chrome App which is using a "custom" cursor. This issue can be reproduced using that type of cursor too.

Can't reproduce this issue using Chrome 65.0.3325.181 anymore, tested both examples. I assume this issue has silently received a fix and therefor can be closed.
