What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Image
2. Click to download image
3.
What is the expected result?
Download jpeg file from internet and save into downloads
What happens instead of that?
Error - insufficient authorization

Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported version 62.0.3202.94 using Mac 10.13.1 with steps mentioned in comment#0. Steps to reproduce the issue: 1. Opened the image 2. Downloaded the jpeg image to downloads folder 3. File successfully downloaded @Reporter: Can you please provide sample link of the image for which you faced error message while downloading and please check the video and let us know if we miss anything. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!
