Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. visit a website that uses websockets 2. open devtools network tab 3. click the offline radio button What is the expected behavior? the websocket connection disconnects What went wrong? websocket connection stays open, makes simulating network failure difficult Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported version 62.0.3202.94 using Mac 10.13.1 and latest canary 64.0.3278.0 with steps mentioned in comment#0. Steps to reproduce the issue: 1. Navigated to "https://www.websocket.org/echo.html" 2. Once the page is loaded, open devtools -> Network, check the offline radio button an dreload the page 3. System shows "There is no internet connection" @Reporter: Can you please provide sample URL for which you are facing the issue and please check the video and let us know if we miss anything. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!
