Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: the amount of padding between favicons and text is inconsistent in Chrome, the most obvious of which is comparing bookmarks on the bookmarks bar to the tabs above them. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? I think the padding in tabs is just right and everything should be changed to match that, there is a bit too much space between favicons and text in the bookmarks bar. comparison attached, notice the difference of lengths between the colored lines Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #62.0.3202.94 and latest canary #64.0.3280.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened chrome and navigated to chrome://settings. 2. Changed search engine to bing. 3. Opened a NTP and observed that padding between favicons and text is consistent. billdillensrevenge@ - Could you please check the screen cast and please let us know if anything missed from our side. Also plz check the issue on latest canary #64.0.3280.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Thanks...!!

But my search engine isn’t Bing, that has nothing to do with the issue. The only reason I used bing as an example is because its favicon is a hard cut square so it’s easier to measure padding distance
