Some Extensions not working, like they did in version of Chromium, Opera, Chrome, except Vivaldi.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.97 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.94.1008.32 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. When right-clicking on extensions the pop-up window dialog box does not appear, with some extensions. Not all are effected. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? A Pop-up dialog box with features missing. What went wrong? Cannot use the fully functionality of Extensions. WebStore page: Privacy Badger, others by EFF and other extensions as well. Did this work before? Yes 60 or 61 earlier versions Chrome version: 62.0.3202.97 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.9.5 Flash Version: Vivaldi 1.13.1008.32 (Stable channel) (64-bit) Revision 77adcb151ed0cb55bbef3bdf776c8338b651ebaf- OS Mac OS X JavaScript V8 6.2.414.43 "Is not effected"

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 and mac 10.12.6 using chrome reported version #62.0.3202.97 and latest canary #64.0.3277.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Added Privacy Badger to chrome://extensions. 2. Right clicked on the extension and observed that a menu opened with "options" 3. Clicked on the options that lead to "Private Badger Options". 4. Left clicked on the extension and observed that it got opened with 3 buttons. 5. Clicked on "Donate to EFF" and observed that it opened a page in a tab for donation. Reporter@ - Could you please check the attached screen cast and please let us know if anything missed from our side. Also please check the issue on latest canary #64.0.3277.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Found it was the library was damaged after a crash of the Opera App at update, it took out the alike extensions of these browser. replaced the lib with back-up after re-install. Fix my problem.
