Issue description

Chrome Version       : 61.0.3163.100
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) : https://hackerone.com/
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox: OK
    IE/Edge:
Vivaldi 1.11.917.43 (Stable channel)/ ) Chrome/60.0.3112.105: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the opnsense software as your router
1. Use a VPN
1. Go to hackerone

What is the expected result?

I hsould be able to access the service as usual

What happens instead of that?

I get
ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE

Poking around, this appears to be a Cloudflare site that's somehow intolerant to draft-18. I'm following up with a contact there. However, this doesn't matter for our long-term TLS 1.3 deployment as that won't be draft-18. This is also on M61 which does not have TLS 1.3 enabled.

In fact, it looks like you're running a Chromium derivative, Iridium? That shouldn't have TLS 1.3 enabled. This is  issue #693943 . They aren't configuring their build correctly. Please file a bug with them and point them to:
