Would you be able to send net-internals traces (see https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details)? That will help us quite a bit.

Poking around, this appears to be a Cloudflare site that's somehow intolerant to draft-18. I'm following up with a contact there. However, this doesn't matter for our long-term TLS 1.3 deployment as that won't be draft-18. This is also on M61 which does not have TLS 1.3 enabled. In fact, it looks like you're running a Chromium derivative, Iridium? That shouldn't have TLS 1.3 enabled. This is issue #693943 . They aren't configuring their build correctly. Please file a bug with them and point them to: https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/d/msg/chromium-packagers/ECWC57W7E0k/9Kc5UAmyDAAJ |
