Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to page for Uploading some files 2. Press add files from my computer 3. Select some files from guide 4. drag and drop files to browser ( See screenshot_158.png) 5. close guide window (don't press open button, press close button) What is the expected behavior? I can upload my files to site What went wrong? list of files appears in browser, but Browser does not respond, If you try to upload files. See screenshot_159.png Did this work before? This bug system is for chrome browser bugs, but your issue seems like the bug on the website, please file a bug on this website. I will close this bug for now, feel free to re-open it if this is a chrome browser bug.

No, It's Chrome bug, it appears not only for one site, and all tabs does not respond. we already have investigated this problem on website.

for example it reproducible for this site http://dropmefiles.com/ try to drag and drop some files several time, and close guide window, wait 2 seconds, and you can see that any buttons will not clickable, and browser does not respond if you try to press something
