Issue descriptionChrome Version:64.0.3274.0/10156.0.0 dev-channel Link OS:Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >>open www.youtube.com >> play videos and Observe(please refer video) Actual: Unable to see the video,only able to hear audio Expected:Should be able to see the video This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 63.0.3239.50/10032.39.0 beta channel Link Note: 1.Issue is not seen in Linux,windows,other Chrome OS devices 2.Checked with 2 Link devices and able to reproduce the issue Manual bisect info: -------------------- Good Build:64.0.3265.0/10133.0.0 Bad Build :64.0.3270.0/10134.0.0

A disproportionate number of the reports on M64 are from Banjo (50% of reports for this issue vs. 8% of reports across all M64 reports).

Possibly broken by some of my VpxVideoDecoder changes, issue 785760 , issue 786059, but should all be fixed in 64.0.3272.0+.

Yes, that's my thought to. I think Dev just cut at the wrong time unfortunately, 64.0.3272.0 has the fix for this.
