We have 32 reports from users on M64 about this issue: http://shortn/_64xzc1utCX.

Most specifically mention YouTube. 30 of the 32 reports are on 64.0.3270.0 dev

Per sample report - issue "seems to be limited to vp8 and vp9 video playback": https://listnr.corp.google.com/product/208/report/84689475837
A disproportionate number of the reports on M64 are from Banjo (50% of reports for this issue vs. 8% of reports across all M64 reports).
Possibly broken by some of my VpxVideoDecoder changes, issue 785760 , issue 786059, but should all be fixed in 64.0.3272.0+.

This seems to be a dup of 787028
Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
Yes, that's my thought to. I think Dev just cut at the wrong time unfortunately, 64.0.3272.0 has the fix for this.
