Chrome does not support any-link selector

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open https://jsfiddle.net/victoriaytsu/j60133uu/ in Chrome
(2) Open the above link in another browser

What is the expected result?
The link text should have a green background

What happens instead?
The link text has a white background

Implemented :any-link

Implemented :any-link by firstly editing pseudo names for :-webkit-any-link then using the previous name for :any-link. This feature has a use-counter. There are also web platform tests for :any-link and :-webkit-any-link and unit tests for the use-counters.
