[Feature request] Use different background color for active/non-active builder

Issue description

It is better to have different color to emphasize actively used builder?
It will help me to find some builders.

Do you mean different colors for 0 and non-0 currently running? Or do you mean age of last build? What colors would you expect to see?

How about to use color near #A9E2F3 representing slaves are not busy?
