bring URL detection to Chrome for Android long press ("right-click") menu

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: in Chrome for Desktop, if you highlight a URL and right-click on it, there is a "Go to www.example.com" option in the menu, but Chrome for Android doesn't have this option/feature What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Chrome for Android should also have this feature! Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.1 Flash Version:

I think this should be made a higher priority because one of the features that was announced for Android 8.0 was Smart Text Selection, yet Chrome for Android is still missing a feature that's been in Chrome for Desktop since day 1 https://www.androidcentral.com/smart-text-selection-finally-available-google-chrome
