[macOS] Regression: The User Profile Button Menu doesn't hide with the second click on the button

Chrome Version: Chrome Canary 64.0.3276.0 
OS: macOS 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on the User Profile Button, so that the Menu appears
(2) Now click again on the User Profile Button
(3)

What is the expected result?
The Menu should hide.

What happens instead?
It doesn't hide. It reappears.

This is a regression in Chrome 64 Canary and works fine in Chrome 62 Stable.
