Behavior in Safari 4.x/5.x: GIF plays without issue
Behavior in Firefox 3.x/4.x: GIF plays without issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Anyone of the URL in Chrome 62
(2)It is 4 image GIF animation which breaks after showing two image
(3) A white page is displayed

This happens only on Chrome browser (both desktop and mobile) when using HTTPS. I tested in Mozilla and it works fine. Works in chrome if it is non-https. It happens even in incognito window. 

I asked few of my friends to test most of them had the same issue but it worked for some of them on Chrome. After some more testing with different versions of Chrome, I can confirm this as a bug in Chrome 62 both desktop and Android version. This doesn't occur when tested with Chrome 61 on Desktop and Android.
