Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Put break point on js where the values in variables doesn't fit to the screen size. What is the expected behavior? Either an option to disable the overlay OR local variables should not overlap What went wrong? I can't read my JavaScript source code during the debugging!! Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Simply disable it in the options. To open the options click the three-dot icon in the top right corner of devtools, then Settings, and in the "Sources" group uncheck "Display variable values inline while debugging".

This bug is apparently caused by an incorrect trimming or formatting of the long values. Devtools should and can do a better job!
