Regression: Unable to remove or edit the username from Username text-box.

Chrome Version: 64.0.3276.0 (Official Build)ccea2aa0a41cbb3dcbbf5961be4820d428b93a4c-refs/heads/master@{#518818} 32/64-bit.
OS: Win(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.2) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, login to www.fb.com with valid credentials, save the password and logout from it.
2. Click on password textbox to populate the suggestion list and then select username.
3. Now try to remove or edit the username from 'Email or Phone' text-box and observe.

Unable to remove the username from  'Email or Phone' text-box.
Should be able to remove the username from  'Email or Phone' text-box.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-64 series, will soon update other info.

You are probably looking for a change made after 515166 (known good), but no later than 515167 (first known bad).

I am able to reproduce on any basic form.

Also, in the case where there are multiple credentials, the problem only happens if I select the one that is currently autofilled.
