Weird overlapping is observed on overrides section in dev tools.

Chrome Version: 64.0.3276.0 Revision ccea2aa0a41cbb3dcbbf5961be4820d428b93a4c-refs/heads/master@{#518818}(32/64 bite)
OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.2). Linux(14.1LTS) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open NTP and open dev tools window on it.
(2) Navigate to 'Source' section,then click on 'Overrides' section.
(3) Click on Setup overrides, add folder from system and observe.

Actual: Weird overlapping is observed on overrides section.

Expected: No such a overlapping should seen.

This a regression issue, seen from M64(64.0.3276.0) as this is new feature introduce.
