Issue descriptionChrome Version: 64.0.3275.0 Revision 57df29264aaef643e8c48bead8701bacd94d1fbc-refs/heads/master@{#518486}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.1LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://downloads page. (2) Type text in search field, click & drag search icon to outside and right click on the page. (3) Click anywhere on the page and observe. Actual: Unnecessary focus stays on search icon. Expected: No such a focus should stay on search icon. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M54 Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS.

calamity@ looks like you're fixing some chrome://download webui issues. Can you take a look? If not is there someone else who would be able to handle these bugs or should my team take the fix on? Thanks!

Hey, I've just been making a few changes here and there as ongoing maintenance for MD History and Bookmarks, and a bit of MD WebUI in general. I've moved on to other projects, but believe in at least doing some basic support on things. dpapad@ and team are likely able to help out with MD WebUI regressions too. Personally, I think this is a very minor issue and would WontFix it. Happy to leave it to you though!
