Issue descriptionSteps to repro: 1) Turn on the experimental VR keyboard flag 2) Enter VR 3) Exit VR 4) Enter VR Expectation: Chrome VR should start and the Chrome should not crash Actual: Chrome crashes I think the problem is that we're calling gvr_keyboard_create more than once during the lifetime of the application.
