This was found by a user on 11/18/17:

"when picking an account picture as you arrow through the picks, the one you are on is spoken and then the one you were on is spoken" 

I followed these steps to reproduce this bug:

# Enable ChromeVox via ctrl alt z
# Sign in with a non-corp account
# Go to Settings > People > Select the account you used to sign in
# Use arrow keys to select different icons

This works as expected on Canary, only the text for the image selected is read. 

Closing as WontFix due to being unable to reproduce.
