What steps will reproduce the problem?
You will need to contact me to enable some feature for you in order to repro:
Steps:
1. enable ChromeVox
2. add pstn out participant (open DTMF dialpad (if it isn't already)
3. turn on sticky mode, for ChromeVox nav. (double-tap insert key)
4. ensure focus is in "Connected" UI
5. use up and down arrow keys to get into numeric buttons in DTMF dialpad UI
6. now use left and right arrow keys for "ChromeVox + Right = Navigate forward at a more detailed level
ChromeVox + Left = Navigate backward at a more detailed level"



Actual result:
- #'s that have letters below are animated/elevated; leaves the #1 key label to appear "drooping" , relative to the other buttons
