Chrome crashes when dragging URL to desktop

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to some URL
2. Drag URL to desktop using mouse
3. Observe that Chrome crashes.

What is the expected behavior?
Expect to create desktop shortcut to URL

What went wrong?
Chrome crashes. Must be killed from Task manager. Seems also that Windows Explorer crashes.
