Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://joseluisculebras.com/servicios/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Check https://joseluisculebras.com/servicios/ 2. Activate the Properties Inspector and Toggle Device Toolbar. Simulate an Ipad (portrait). 3. You will see that, in desktop view, there are 6 content boxes. In this iPad resolution, onlye 3 are visible. There are a hugge gap too between some boxes. 4. Check the same page on Firefox. The device simulation shows the content correctly. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? When simulating an iPad (portait), Chrome doesn't show the content properly. This doesn't happen when simulating the same device on FireFox. Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? "Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 62.0.3202.94 and latest build 64.0.3275.0 using Win 10. Could you please retry the scenario on Incognito mode by following below steps and provide your observation 1. Press F12 2. click on 3dot menu 3. Click on settings 4. Reset to default Please find the attached screencast and let us know if we have missed any steps in the process of reproducing the issue

Hello. I cannot record my screen. The error occurs when simulating an iPad portrait screen. I've taken many screenshots to show you. Used Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Build oficial) (64 bits) in Incognito.
