What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open devtools on NTP and click on ‘Toggle device toolbar’ button.
2. Open ‘Emulated devices’ list and select ‘iPhone 6 Plus’ device.
3. Observe the device name.

Actual Result : Text continuation is seen for (iPhone 6/7/8 Plus) device names in ‘Emulated devices’ dropdown list.

Expected Result : Instead of text continuation, complete device name should be seen in ‘Emulated devices’ dropdown.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-59’ and using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build : 59.0.3070.0 (Revision : 464227)
Bad build : 59.0.3071.0 (Revision : 464641)

You are probably looking for a change made after 464442 (known good), but no later than 464443 (first known bad).

Note : This is Mac specific issue and the same issue is not observed on Windows(7,8,10) & Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.
