[Missing Tests] : Regression: Unwanted allowed label is seen for cookie when 'Clear on exit' action is performed.

Automated tests for the below commit have been missing.Would it be possible to add test coverage to avoid regressions in future?

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Not really, no. The previous bug was a visual defect where the wrong string was being displayed in a UI element. I don't think a regression test for this would be useful.
