Additional info: we found that in the following DEV version: 64.0.3271.3, the performance has improved by 60-70% as compared to official version - 62.0.3202.84.

Please let us know if the performance fixes in DEV version will be available in upcoming official versions, if so, by when ?  And, what particular fixes went in DEV version for list scrolling?

@naveen.dowlat: Can you confirm, are you still able to reproduce this on latest WebView version #63.0.3239.111? If so attach a sample .apk file or the App where your'e seeing this issue as we are still facing problem with html file's which you attached.

 Issue 787747 (List Scroll sluggish issue) still able to reproduce on the latest webview (63.0.3239).

Those .rar attachments contain web pages, not apps. I tried loading that page into the WebView shell, and it scrolled smoothly, using WebView 62.0.3202.84. What's the app you're using to repro? Can you repro this jank in any other app?
