Regression: Chopped focus is seen for 'X'(close) button of permission bubbles in swanky |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:64.0.3274.0/10151.0.0 dev channel Swanky OS:Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >>Go to any site that gives permission bubble. [for ex: http://permission.site/->click on any button] (2)Hover the mouse on 'X'(close) button of that permission bubble and Observe the grey focus Actual:Focus is seen chopped at right side for 'X'(close) button Expected:Focus shouldn't get chopped This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-60.0.3112.118/9592.100.0 stable channel swanky Note: 1.Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS and also in other chrome OS devices like Candy,Kip,Gnawty,glimmer which belongs to the same board rambi 2.Able to reproduce the issue on latest M-62 stable channel swanky @tapted: Please confirm the issue

Requesting more information, since we don't have the necessary hardware to repro this. Is it even Harmony-related?

Able to reproduce the issue in 64.0. 3282.7/10176.4.0 dev channel Swanky. 1.No flags are enabled to reproduce the issue. 2.It is not Harmony-related. Thanks..

C>4 Clipping is not seen when chrome://flags/#secondary-ui-md flag enabled since the focus changed to rectangular shape. Please find the attached screenshot for reference. Thanks.

I'm unable to reproduce this due to missing hardware. I'm marking it as "won't fix" as per #c1 & #c5. |
