REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Zhuyin compact layout
2.Go to mytextarea.com , Switch to En input status
3.Switch to Ominibox input box

Actual:
Zhuyin keyboard still display En input status, but keyboard layout display 中 layout ,tap any key will submit zhuyin single character without underline ;

If switch to another rich text input box, eg. baidu.com input box
this issue not repro
