Glyph advances became worse on SONY Android devices

Chrome Version: Canary 64.0.3271.3
OS: Android 7.1.1, SONY SGP771

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/1990#issuecomment-346242665
(2) Observe bold glyphs

Attaching screenshots one on 62.0.3202.84 and another on 64.0.3271.3, the same device.

Never mind, updated Canary to 64.0.3274.0 and this is gone now.
