Regression:Black patches are seen on extension menu.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 64.0.3274.0 (Official Build)(cohort: Stable)38c9257b930f883c3ab936b1274590c94cc08012-refs/heads/master@{#518061} (32/64-bit) OS: Win(10). Test URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/colorzilla/bhlhnicpbhignbdhedgjhgdocnmhomnp Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome, go to the above URL, and install the extension. 2. Continuously click on extension icon in omnibox and observe. Actual Result: Black patches are seen on extension menu. Expected Result: Black patches should not be seen. This is regression issue broken in ‘M-61’ and and will soon update the bisect info. Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 61.0.3161.0(Revision:487695) Bad build: 61.0.3162.0(Revision:488073) You are probably looking for a change made after 487962 (known good), but no later than 487963 (first known bad).
