Create account flow: No left padding for items in Month/Gender drop down menus

Build: 	10150.0.0, 64.0.3274.0 eve

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on Add person
(2) Click on More options and select 'Create account'
(3) Enter first name, last name and click Next
(4) On the Basic Information screen, click on Month/Gender drop down menus

What happens ?
There is no left padding for the items.
