ContentEditable lists next to floated items don't get re-rendered properly

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.52 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/b0380wwh/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit https://jsfiddle.net/b0380wwh/ 2. Place cursor on first list item and press Enter several times 3. Notice that the text gets reflowed to the right spot past the floated image but the bullets do not. What is the expected behavior? The bullets should reflow. Seems like a regression with latest Chrome but not sure. What went wrong? The bullets don't get reflowed - they go directly below as if the floated image is still to its left. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes not sure, but we hadn't seen it before on our product Does this work in other browsers? Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.52 but fixed on latest canary 64.0.3274.0 using Mac 10.13.1,Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using steps mentioned in comment#0. Hence providing reverse bisect info. Reverse Bisect Info: ================= Last Bad Build: 64.0.3257.0 First Good Build: 64.0.3258.0 You are probably looking for a change made after 513885 (known good), but no later than 513886 (first known bad). Since Emil is on vacation -- the fix seems very safe, and the missing relayouts may affect many sites since this seems fairly straightforward to trigger. Requesting merge.
