Web & App Activity text is too close to the top header

Issue description

App Version: 64.0.3271.0 canary
iOS Version:  11.2
Device:  iPad Pro, iPad Mini
URL: NA

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Launch the app
 2. Tap on menu
 3.  Tap on Settings
 4. Tap on any account
 5. Scroll to Google Activity Controls
 6. Tap on Google Activity Controls

Observed results:
Notice that the Web & App Activity text is too close to the top header 

Expected results:
Web & App Activity text should not be too close to the top header 

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox:  no, Safari:  no
